Guest SUeB Posted October 20, 2017 Report Posted October 20, 2017 You probably need some physical activity. Exercise. Decent diet with nutritious food. A set bedtime routine. No technology after a certain time. Go to bed at a reasonable time and read a book. No caffeine after 12pm. Long walk in the evening, no excuses. You can feel a bit tired on your feet walking as much as you can lying on the couch moping about being too tired. Not saying you do that, just talking in general.

I agree with everything you said here except for the evening walk part. The evening should be for relaxation.
Guest SUeB Posted October 20, 2017 Report Posted October 20, 2017 Walking can be very relaxing. i don't mean immediately before bed, i mean after dinner maybe.
Leo_Ascendent Posted October 20, 2017 Report Posted October 20, 2017 S.A.D.? Sun exposure does wonders, even when you think it isn't a big deal. My Little went through it, in early Fall last year, due to classes as well, she had very little sun exposure due to studies. I would suggest some time outdoors, talking a hike, a walk, etc. I agree with everything you said here except for the evening walk part. The evening should be for relaxation. Walks can be relaxing lol
