Some things I like as a little: toy store (buy or just look), book store (again buy or just look), the beach (build sandcastles!), go for a walk and just hold hands, a boat ride (you're in the Netherlands, you have lots of boats....remember, she'll be seeing this through little eyes so even if she's done it before, take her as a little), Disney store (buy or just look), go out and have ice cream or a treat, pick up some candy, a picnic!!! <3, go out for coffee and get her a hot chocolate, a trip to the zoo, a walk in the park and a push on the swings (grown ups like swings too so it's not strange in public), let her pick out some candy that she can have as a reward when she's a good girl.  These are just a few things. :)  Explore your city and look out any upcoming exhibits, movies, concerts, etc.

Does it have to be related to her being a little? Anything Daddy and i do is wonderful, and it's never to that theme. We go for very long walks (hikes would be more accurate), play board games, go cycling, pop out for coffee and a snack (well, tea for Him, He hates coffee), watch movies, make future plans etc etc etc.

My little and I see each other every other week or so, us living about 2 hours away. We've come across a place that offers quite a bit of fun things to do both to tap into her "littleness" and as adults. There's an arcade, theater, bowling alley, shopping, resturants, etc all in one spot. Also we've been brainstorming on ideas of things to do outside of that.

One of my more recent favorite ideas is to go to a bookstore and browse the travel section together, randomly selecting a destination. Then sit in the café section or find a seat nearby and plan a fantasy vacation together! Look at pictures, chit chat about it, just let our imaginations run wild and carry us with them. It can be fun, inexpensive, can summon up some child-like glee in the both of you, and gets you just connecting.

Try googling "unique date ideas" and have fun with it!

Oh there's lots of stuff! Sorry there might be overlap from the previous suggestions!

You could:

- watch movies

- watch cartoons

If me and Daddy aren't sure what we want to watch while we cuddle, we'll decide on hulu or netflix or amazon before we decide on movie or show!

- decorate for halloween!

- build a fort in the living room out of pillows and blankets

- play video games

- play board games

- try new online games together?

- build a volcano replica

- play with toys

paint the toys

- go little clothes shopping

- online window shop so you can see what each other likes

- take a bubble bath together (there are these elmo tablets that change the color of the water!!)

- go to an animal shelter and play with the animals together

- go for a car ride with fun music to sing to

- play dress up

- give each other massages

- learn how to cook something yummy together

- make plaster molds of stuff (I like making plaster skeletons)

- build something out of paper mache (we're building pinatas together and making a doll house for my nim noms and toys!)

- draw pictures together

- color in coloring books

- if you have a Hobby Lobby near you they've got the coooooooooolest kits based around literally everything from science, to painting, to air brushing, to jewelry making, etc

If I think of any more I'll add them ^^
