I'm usually 7 when I'm in littlespace! But sometimes I end up feeling younger when I'm particularly upset/needy for my caregiver.

I am several ages. I am 6 - 12 but I have found out I am also younger than 6 also but it honestly scares me.

I don't have a set age. Somedays I feel particularly young, like bottles or teething age (0-3), and other days I feel like a big kid (9-10). The latter age was when I was forced to grow up quickly. I feel that I've stayed, in terms of personality, around this age, even when I'm not in littlespace. I hear, from a psychological standpoint, that it's a coping mechanism for trauma. While I'm not sure if that's true, I do find that it applies to me quite well.

I’m 13 to14. I don’t see a lot of middles here. I don’t like to label behavior or liking base on what everyone says. For instance I love my Barbie , stuffies, and princesses. I sleep with my paci. And only use it if I am sad or in pain.

My little range is all over the place. I would say normally it is 3-5 but I can be a “big girl” and be “older” in the 6-7 range but I can also regress into an infant/toddler in the 0-2 range. It really just depends.
