If you can't find your way:

1) go to charat.me 
2) click this https://gyazo.com/f2790a409eef97f0c155c807af307f35 (SFW) 
3) Pick character and click pink button
4) Type your name (or anything) and click GO

5) click round pink button in the left with stripes (this is the menu)

6) Click on the clothes hanger, now you can pick everything ^-^
 

Extra: change colour by clicking on the colour palette, click the palette again to make the color options go away.
When done save by clicking on the camera! (also I found out that the picture automatically saves when you right-click it and then "open image in new tab")
