So...I want something in my mind about a time ago, and I need talk with someone about it. I don't know if I have depression. About one year ago I felt bad, and there was a time when I couldn't stand without cry or feel sad or notalgic. This continued around a few months, then I felt better. But...Since that time I'm not feel the same. I don't have energy for nothing and there is times when i feel bad and lonely. I tried to talk with my best friends, but they told me it was normal, I told them what I think it can be depression, but they did not think that. There's times, weeks, when I'm happy but then I fall again. Sad. And when you don't have many friends it's nore difficult. And...No one see it. They don't think it something serious What do you think? I would like to hear opinions...
Guest Prat Posted September 30, 2017 Report Posted September 30, 2017 (edited) Have you had a hormone check up, they could be out of balance. Another idea is your biological clock. Try figure out if it's related to any specific date or environment or stressor...or even food. Identifying the trigger is a great first step to recovery. Edited September 30, 2017 by Prat(Praetorian)
