mangobaby Posted September 27, 2017 Report Posted September 27, 2017 So I'm not really sure how to explain this but I'll try my best... Basically I was very new to the community and jumped into finding my first daddy. I met a guy and he helped me develop my little side and introduced me to the community more. But now we've split up for a bunch of crazy reasons, and i've felt completely out of touch from my little side. I guess it's because it reminds me of him, but I haven't been able to fall into little space or even think about acting little. Talking to him instantly made me feel so little, so now that he's not here, I have no idea how to do it myself so TLDR; how do you make yourself feel little without a caregiver? And how can I learn to dissociate being little from my previous daddy?
Guest SUeB Posted September 27, 2017 Report Posted September 27, 2017 i don't. i rarely feel that way away from Daddy. It's mainly accessed by His presence.
Guest Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 (edited) Try doing things that might help you get into little space... depending on your regressed age, like coloring, watching TV shows/movies, playing with stuffies/toys. Any of that usually helps me get into little space, but finding things that you can identify as separate from activities that you used to do with him. Good luck Edited October 1, 2017 by Clementine86
Guest LeftyGuitar Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 I'm also starting to lose my little side. Especially after being ghosted by my lost mommy, who was a perfect fit for me. Its really hard.
