things daddy says that melts your heart

whenever I open up to my daddy about my past, one of the things he says is "Well you don't have to worry about them any more while I'm here"

Or when I wanna walk somewhere far by myself Daddy tells me not to because its too dangerous! He always worries lots

It warms my heart and reminds me that daddy's always here to protect me ❤️❤️❤️

 

 

...Can't forget when he asks "Whos my good girl?" and pinches my cheeks..(The ones on my face!)

My friend/father figure said he's proud of me. Three times. We are long distance internet friends, so he made me an e-card once when I finished my internship! Also, he says he likes me no matter what, and I don't have to earn that. He said, "I like you as you are."

 

Yesterday we were talking about how hard it is for us to say good things about ourselves. So he proposed that we send one factual compliment about ourselves to each other everyday. I want to do this because I want to learn more about him. I also really like him because he offers structure and is safe to talk to. I think I know he's safe, but I'm hoping with time, I can feel this way too. 

 

I don't know. Structure melts my heart. Acknowledgement melts my heart. Just hearing from him makes me so happy. He's my treasure.

 

And he remembers things about me, like he remembered when I moved back to college and asked how my travels were.

It always makes me giggle and blush when he tells me I'm his Good or Pretty Boy. When he tells me I'm all his. Plus a ton of little things he does that make me smile like a lunatic

 

And one time he told me my heart was a symphony. That floored me.

 

And when he said home is wherever my dimples and inner light are.

 

But sometimes he doesn't have to say anything and just holds me, kisses my forehead and runs his fingers through my hair.

When I joke to Daddy that I'm an angel and he says 'I know you are' all seriously 

 

When he says he's proud of me after I've achieved something.... and adds 'you know that right?' onto the end of his sentence... or when he tells me he likes something I did. 

 

When Daddy compares my skin to the moon.. or snow.. or marshmallows... or tells me he found something that reminded him of me that day!!

 

Also when Daddy tells me I can't do something because it's not safe... once he told me he would check the path in front of me first before I get there just in case I hurt myself... or when daddy gets angry at people who've hurt me.... he generally makes me feel very safe 

 

The times when Daddy tells me he was thinking about me and then starts explaining what he was thinking about hehe..

 

Sometimes really simple things like Daddy saying nice things to me unexpectedly... or both unexpectedly and in a very stern manner hehe... 

 

Or just the little things like when I'm upset and don't really want to talk and having Daddy call me and just knowing he's there even if he's not saying anything... or just listening to him breathing is enough to make me melt even when I'm upset. I think more just the fact that he dislikes it so much when I'm sad and he's always there for me .. and stopped what he was doing so that we could call to make me feel better.

So many things, but one i keep thinking about that just made me all swoony....

i keep jokingly saying things about having a pony. Like when Daddy mentions winning the lottery or something (not that He has, hehe), or any reference to getting some money, i will say "so NOW do i get my pony??"

Well the other day, we were having dinner, and i said something about it. He gave me a really serious look, and in an equally serious voice, he said something like "listen, you cannot have a pony! you have neither the time nor the space to take care of it properly! So no, you are NOT having a pony!"

I actually melted! He is amazing. He knows me so well, knows exactly how to talk to me, to reduce me to a pile of mush, hehe.

I love when papa calls me kitten.  Or when I'm nervous because I've been in little space so much and I get scared he might miss big kitty, and be tired of little kitten, and I ask if he's tired of kitten or apologize, and he tells me I'm fine.  I also think it's sweet when papa knows I'm in little space before I've even realized it.

personally, i love it when he calls me his corazoncito. it's like a cute way of saying "heart".

i'm not fluent (although i understand a few lines), but i love hearing him compliment me in spanish xwx

Daddy does a lot of things to me that make me melt into a puddle hehe

 

Some are;

 

When he says 'You're all mine'

When he tells me that he thought about me that day

When he stares at me with that smile   

When he calls me little one

When he tells me to 'come sit on daddy's lap baby'

 

Theres so much more aswell, he makes my heart burst everytime, even with the smallest of things

My daddy usually calls me baby, so when he calls me Princess, my heart flutters. It is what I prefer him to call me, but I honestly like that he doesn't call me that all the time because it makes it more special when he does.
