Little Space Triggers?

Recommended Posts

For me it's,
-When I'm around strangers and have to talk to them, i.e. the mall, needing help in a store, anything like that.
-When the top of my head gets patted/rubbed.
-Before sleep sometimes.
-When I'm feeling sick.
-Rules and getting in trouble.
-Animals.

I'm always feeling little but when these things happen the feelings are more extreme to where my voice might even change and I can't explain it or control it.
There is probably more too I just can't think of right now ^p^

I sort of always feel little to some degree, although *how* little I feel varies from time to time & is based on what I'm doing. I don't have a daddy or mommy to help me get into little space, but chatting with my online big sis helps me. I can get into little space on my own, too, usually by watching cartoons, playing with my stuffies, playing video games that are rated E & are really silly & fun (lego games are good for this, I've found), & coloring. Also, sunggling with by blankey helps a bunch!!

I actually get pretty anxious sometimes when I have to do "grown up" things (having adult responsibilities), & going back to little space after doing those things helps me to reduce anxiety.

Hopefully this was helpful!

When I kneel on the floor and hunch over a little, it tends to bright me right into littlespace. Or when I'm talking to another little about kawaii fashion and we get excited about a print or brand. Also my pacis do it as well!

i'm usually always in little space but get triggered into adult space. usually when responsibilities come up (paying bills, homework, work, etc.) but as soon as all that is over it's right back to little space.

being with my daddy also triggers me into little space. he makes me feel so safe, loved and comfy. it can be a bit hard to come out of it but i can tell by the tone of his voice when its time to go back to adult space and i can do it pretty easily. but i can also tell when its okay to be in little space which is like 90% of the time when we're together and i love it lol.

Let's see, I don't know if I'm always in Little Space or not but what really triggers it is Magical Girl animes. Any kind of magical girl anime that I find super cute pulls me into Little Space REALLY fast. And probably stuffed animals but that's not very often, and probably Disney movies too.

Food puts me into little space! Like sandwiches cut into squares and juice! :3

Things that trigger my little headspace: putting a blanket over my shoulders either activates superhero mode or curl up into a ball and take a nap mode, Daddy holding my hand out in public because I walk too slow or wander off cause I'm bored or curious, hugging pillows or stuffies, my paci (it's shaped like a raspberry with leaves), taking a daytime nap (I get grumpy and don't want to nap but I take one anyway, cartoons, drinking juice or fruit flavored drinks, buying an icecream or a single popsicle, I have a gameboy pocket a gameboy advanced a DSlite, and a 2Ds with a lot of cute games, making jewelry with pony beads or pretty colored beads, being a kitty, the smell of pancakes, eating cookie dough or brownie batter, the smell of coffee and cigarette smoke(I grew up with that smell), soft sweaters, dressing up, watching anime, color crayons, watercolors, hugs (oh dear god it's almost instant I feel so safe in his arms), kisses to my cheek, head, or forehead, going 'aahhh' in front of a fan, sitting or laying down on the floor (but only if it's soft), fetal position, chocolate milk, strawberry milk (or milk shakes), The Dairy Queen, watching Molang on TV, Fluffy socks, cheese and crackers, cinnamon toast, I could go on.

oh and theres this artist on youtube called Pogo who does remixes of disney songs and other voice and musical songs.

This one is my favorite called 'Boy and Bear' from Winnie the Pooh.

 verbally speaking to daddy helps me the most!! being able to hear his big voice and the intentions behind what hes saying rather thn having to guess and interpret them!

 my room looks very little, its pink, theres blankies and teddies everywhere and i have fairy lights, sometimes just walking round my room in a cute outfit makes me feel little!!

 colouring and drawing makes me feel small as well!!

although ive not felt little in a small while, i know that these small things help me feel little:)

For my trigger for a littlespace is when I don't do something I know I'm supposed to do and get yelled at. I almost say sorry daddy for not listening but catch myself and just say sorry instead
