Advise for paci! Help!

So I bought one, but i really dont know the sizes. Can you share what you use and what size is it. Im really small and i think adult will be toooo big for me.

I'm a really small person too but I just got my first adult paci today from littleforbig and I love it. Before that I used the biggest NUK size they sold at local stores I think it was 18-36months

i use 6month+ orthodontic ones there the only ones that dont rub on my tounge bar just go to the $ store and buy lotsof cheap ones till you find ones that you like xxx

How do you keep your paci in your mouth at night? I'm using a key lanyard to put my paci on so it's easier to find in the morning but I'm having trouble keeping it in my mouth at night. Advice please
