In what areas do you train or guide your little?

If I had a little I'd mentor her and have her learn what I consider to be important life skills and about subjects that I believe would give her a better understanding of herself and people in general. I'd also train her how to please me. I'm curious to hear from other Daddies/Mommies/Caregivers. In what areas do/would you train or guide your little?

Responsibility and what it means to face the world. I want her to know she can face the world if I were ever not there. I will protect her and sacrifice for her but I would show her the way the world really is and not an idealistic illusion. I woukd guide her along and offer advise on situations that I have personal experience in and research if i havnt so I can help her make the best choice for her.
