Hiding little items?

My Daddy and I have our own apartment, and its really awesome and stylish! 

Buuuut...

When I have my little items out, like my coloring book, or my sippy cup, or my stuffties, they stand out, and we a lot of times have surprise guests. I once had to hide my sippy cup seconds before someone walked in.

Is there any way I can have my little items out but clean them up faster?

can you has a box that you put the items in when people come over? like so theyre safe?

Well they have something that looks like a mini bench but it opens up and you can hide your things in it. 

I would recommend it because it looks like a foot stool or something to put your feet up while your resting but it hides all your goodies

I would suggest hiding them in a drawer or a cupboard somewhere.

I could try that, but where would I put the box? Like under the bed? Or in the livingroom?

unfortunately I live in a pretty small apartment, I don't have much storage space anywhere......

I do already have a box under my bed for extra blankets, I could put some or all of my little stuff there? and it would be nice and safe cause of the blankets ^.^
