Disclaimer: This is no way, shape or form is medical advice. I am not a dentist/doctor. I am simply sharing my experiences and allowing others to bounce ideas back and forth.

I was a dental assistant when I first joined the military, eventually working my way up to pediatric dental care and finally oral surgery. I learned a lot about pacifier use in newborns and infants, but it wasn't a strong passion of mine to be working with children. I starting dating a pediatric dentist; a relationship which did not turn out to be long term, but I find myself blowing up his phone with adult pacifier use questions, etc.

Because I can not give advice, I just want to encourage you to educate yourself the health benefits/risks for the actions that you choose to participate in.
I started my research at 'Nuk 5/Nuk 7' and furthered my knowledge from there.

Best of luck, lovies.
