How do you get into Little Space....?

I know I have been posting a ton of questions lately and I hope you all don't think I'm annoying. I went shopping for the first time tonight for my Little Space and I am super excited because I want to enjoy being in it for the first time tonight  :D But here is my question. I've read lots of posts, watched videos, etc., about the process of getting "into little space". I'm guessing that means getting into the mindset of being a younger age. Are there any suggestions on how exactly to do this for the first time? Guessing from my interests, I think my age is probably around 5, no younger.

Usually most nights after a hectic day, I'll play video games, watch cartoons and do cute things that make me feel happy. But I'm not sure if this is the same thing as getting into little space....what does is feel like??? If anyone wouldn't mind helping out a newbie I would really appreciate it!

Also, lastly, I really want to connect more with the community and make friends social media wise, because I'm heavily involved in social media outside of my little persona. So if any of you have instagram, please feel free to follow me @ iamsparklerainbowunicorn ! Made a new account today. Hope you are all having a lovely evening!!!

Normally whenever I get really into little space all of my worries seem to just fade away & I feel very small & cheerful & childlike. Always happens when I'm snuggled with stuffies coloring or playing some games!

Everyone is different though ^^

When I am in little space it almost feels like I'm connected to another part of myself. It helps me to calm down and deal with all my emotions since I have anxiety and depression. Sometimes just seeing a cute post I like or a small plant can put me into little space. When I'm in little space I like to color, watch cartoons, and cuddle with my stuffies. It definitely is going to feel different for everyone and you're not going to know everything little about yourself within your first time being little. Try out different things and see what works for you.

Hopefully you have a great night and can find your little space!

Thank you so much, that helped a lot! I guess what I'm kind of confused about honestly, is how much of a "little" I am I guess. I still feel like an adult when I do my activities, I just feel calm and care free and happy. But I don't actually think I'm a child, it's more like I feel carefree the way a child would in that moment and I like to be creative and watch cute things. So if I don't actually feel like a child, does that mean I'm not in little space? Or is it really just at different intensities for everyone?

It could just be that your little age isn't as young as you think it is. You could also be a more of a middle. Maybe you haven't fully allowed yourself to really feel like you're little. Everyone will feel it differently, no two little spaces will be the exact same.

I don't mind answering the questions. Now a middle I am not quite as familiar with, but I believe it would be someone who's "little space" age is older than it is for others, making you a middle. Like having maybe a 13 y/o headspace. I believe there are some threads on here that could better describe it.
