LittleBabyBunny<3 Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 Since a lot of littles start to feel sad and lonely without a caregiver, I thought of making a list of things that littles without a caregiver can do on their own, as a way to occupy themselves and distract themselves from feeling that way. (I apologize in advance if there is already a thread like this.) It can be little space things or adult things! I'll start the list off, feel free to add to it! Colour Work out Go for a walk Listen to music and dance Sing Watch a funny movie Make a little friend and Skype them/chat with them Clean (Icky for some littles but fun for littles obsessed with organizing like me lol) Get your nails done Have a spa day Shop! Try a new hairstyle Play with some makeup looks Get out of the house Go to the movies with a friend Eat some candy! hehe a little bit is okay Buy stuffies Hug your stuffie Put on a onesie Visit family or friends Watch inspirational movies or read inspirational books Read a self help book Watch YouTube videos Explore something new! Play with your pet Focus on the good, be thankful for what you do have Go for a drive Do those chores/errands that you have be meaning to get around to... Focus on your own personal goals that don't relate to a caregiver (example: career goals) Focus on bettering yourself to be the best version of yourself that you can be so when you do meet that special someone, you'll be in the right state to have them and have a healthy relationship Remember that your special and worth it and will find love P.S. I tried to think of things that will get our minds off of things and not make us think "aww I wish I had a daddy/mommy/caregiver to do this with me"... but every little is different so be careful with doing anything that will make you feel like that! We want to feel better not worse! 3
Guest daddy's_little_shadow Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 I do lots of these! : 3 Thank you for giving me more ideas! : D
Guest ~*~Sachita~*~ Posted July 17, 2017 Report Posted July 17, 2017 Excellent idea, thank you for starting this thread! One thing I like to do is bake. Cookies and brownies are my favorite, and easy to hand out to neighbors so I don't eat them all. A little activity that is really fun is making sugar and gingerbread cookies at Christmas time then decorating them.
