for me my safe place is snuggling with my stuffies playing video games or watching tv

My safe place: a box with many blankies, pillows, and stuffies! I watch movies! It is very fun!

My safe place is snuggling on my bed with my stuffies and watching Youtube, especially at night when no one is awake.

Near my home there is a massive field with a little over grown patch in the middle and inside that there is a load of like trees and weeds and even a few bricks(which I use as a seat) and I just love it cuz its away from everything and it feels like nothing can hurt me

One of my safe spaces is about a 10 minute drive.  It is by a lake.  I have to be alone and then I just sit by the water and listen to mother nature.  There are only two problems with this, when I want to go to this safe space it is pretty bad and my daughter doesn't want me to go.  The other problem is if it is pretty bad and I want to go there the urge to disappear and never come back from there is very strong, thus the reason she doesn't want me to go.  When I was little I use to go to the water to be safe all the time and would spend most of a day there.  Something about the sound of water and mother nature is soothing.
