Littlest_Bee Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 So, I'm not completely sure if this is the right part of the forum. But my guardian asked me today why I usually get sleepy and need a nap after a spanking. I have suffered from insomnia for a few years now and the relationship has been really good for me in that regard but I'm still tired a lot and spankings are exhausting. I mean, physically and mentally. Then there's cuddling and I can relax after, so it seems natural to me when I start yawning. I'm curious how things are for other littles. Any thoughts or stories?
Guest babyadri.312 Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 After spankies I want to cuddle and when I get cuddly I get sleepy so I usually end up falling asleep for a little bit. I'm not very good at sleeping when it's night time because I get nightmares a lot. I don't have a daddy here so I don't get spankies anymore but when I did I would usually go to sleep for a little while too 2
Guest Dominik Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 From the medical view this is normal. When there is an activity, where the body changes to "alert mode" (like pain), then everything is high: pulse, respiration, blood pressure. When it is over and you are cuddling, then you can relax and the body knows: I can switch off the alarm mode, I am safe now, no pain anymore - I can start with regeneration. So it is quite normal that you are sleepy then :-) So it is just a normal reaction of your body :-) 2
mylittlesidewearsblack Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 it's totally normal. sleeping after play time / punishment time is a really good method of sub-care / personal care and preventing sub-drop from going too far. 1
