Psy-Faerie Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 How do you go about 'discovering' your littlespace age? .:: ::. No, seriously, how? And I don't mean just the simple cop out answer which is: 'you just know.' How can some of you guys definitively say, "When I'm in littlespace I'm 3-5 years old!" Like, whaaaaaaat? That such a small frame of reference, you can hardly tell the difference! Whenever I'm talking about my littlespace age I say, "Oh yeah, when I'm in littlespace I'm a solid 3-12 years old." It's just so insane how other littles can do that, to me at least. So basically my question is how. Do you slip into littlespace and record your personality characteristics or do you just practice being in that age range? Will it always be this tough to tell? I guess this is my first question in meeting and learning about the 'little me.' And it would be a super great help if anybody could answer with truly honest opinions. 1
Spooky Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 For me, I just gauged what activities I enjoy in Little Space then sort of mapped it out. I don't enjoy bottles or diapers, okay I am not in the range of ABDL-4 I enjoy more adult content in my cartoons and hate disney movies. Okay probably in a middle age range of 12-15. I do enjoy sucking on my thumb and other younger characteristics, can probably lower the range 7-15. I personally don't set much stock or worry in finding the exact age. It doesn't really define or affect who you are as a little. Just do things you enjoy! 4
CreepyPrincessSi Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 I agree with Spooky in a since. *New so correct me if I'm wrong* You don't ACTUALLY have to say your age, do you? You can just be you and do what you like and not stress on fitting in any certain way! As long as you're happy about it I think the rest will fall into place 2
Guest Prat Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 (edited) Try these. It's not definite but it might help. https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/12490-age-play-101-0-4-years-old/?p=68182 https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/13507-age-play-101-4-10-yo/ Edited July 3, 2017 by Prat(Praetorian) 1

As long as you're happy about it I think the rest will fall into place I definitely agree with Spooky, I guess I was panicking because I was talking to a girl thru Tumblr and she kinda *implied that it was odd that I didn't have a specific age range for my little space. I was kinda freaking out and stalking profiles and forums seeing everyone has their stuff together. But definitely thanks for the advice and quelling my concerns! Try these. You are an angel!
angel-k47 Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 i don't even think i have a little age... the only thing i know is i don't do anything that an abdl does or uses don't think of what others tell you, if they say you're a "fake" little just bc you don't have a set age is pretty ridiculous and elitist do what you like to do and don't think of anyone else, you're a little bc it's within you and makes you happy, you're not a little bc it makes someone else happy
Guest Bunnyblossom Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 Isn't that age regression? I thought that was a separate thing. I can't keep up Idk wtf anything means anymore lol
Himedere-Chan Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 Because the best years of my life were around 10 to 12 and I haven't really changed since I hit that age mark. So my little age is 10 to 12.
Psy-Faerie Posted July 4, 2017 Author Report Posted July 4, 2017 do what you like to do and don't think of anyone else, you're a little bc it's within you and makes you happy, you're not a little bc it makes someone else happy That is so inspirational and makes me so happy! Thank you! I think I just need to stop talking to this girl, she doesn't seem very nice the longer I talk to her. Isn't that age regression? I thought that was a separate thing. I can't keep up Idk wtf anything means anymore lol /shrugs/ I dunno. I recently read this article that suggest that age players aren't little, and that you can't be a little if it doesn't come naturally to you (at least that's what I think it's suggesting, I dunno for sure). I don't really pay attention to all the terms, especially on tumblr when all these blogs are feuding over technicalities. We're all part of DDlg but age players, age regressors, and littles all hate eachother for some reason. Then they all don't like csa survivors to age regress to cope with trauma. I don't understand. Because the best years of my life were around 10 to 12 and I haven't really changed since I hit that age mark. So my little age is 10 to 12. That's a good policy ^^ 1
Littlest_Bee Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 I think it only appears as if "everyone has their stuff together". As with many things in life people like to seem as if they know what's up and display the things they have figured out. If people want to be nuanced they don't tend to get up on a stage to declare all the nuances or it's easily drowned out if they do, because it's harrder but that's just my impression. I don't really have a specific age either. I sometimes say things like: "Right now I definitely don't feel older than 12" but that's about it as far as specifics go.

That is most definitely true. I never really considered it from that point!
