How adult are we talking? Cuz technically up to like, 40 or so you can easily get away with wearing "millennial pink". 

"Socially acceptably" I mean. I personally don't give a damn who wears what at what age. (cept for kids n teens in booty shorts, ew)

And most of those are bodysuits/leotards. Which I suppose are the same as a onesie.
