Free Rewards?

So, I'm looking for free rewards to reward myself with,

I have my chart with stuff that earn me points (or I lose some I don't do the things I should do) and enough points can be cashed in for a rewards. Smple

 

The rewards I have set up are things to buy and I am thinking about adding rewards that a free, meaning don't cost any money.

But so far all I can think of as free reward is getting a day off of chores. Which is great, lol. However, it seems my mind gets stuck there and I can't think of anything else.

 

Do you have any suggestions for free rewards? Needs to be non sexual and something I can do by myself for myself.

You could try things such as movie night, bath bomb/bubble bath, sweets, stay up late.

Oh yeah, what about a bubble bath? Or if you have a Daddy maybe s/he can give you a foot rub or brush your hair? 

 

what about an extra 30 minutes to sleep in? 

could you maybe take some time to go play on the swings at a park?

there are lots of free rewards you can have. all depends on how you are as a person. and if you have a care giver
Stay up an extra hour
Sleep an extra hour in the morning
Fun bath time (this includes bath bombs! and bubbles and other fun things)
Extra bedtime story
Extra snacks/candy/soda
Play a game for X amount of time
and the list can prolly go on forever, lol.

me and daddy are going to live in his camper as a tiny home for a while and since there isn't enough water for a big big bath all of the time, that's my end of the month thing if I don't use any of my points
