I've tried all the different things that get me into little space and it's not helping Does anyone have any advice or tips that I could try and see if it works?. I appreciate anyone who contributes

cuppycakes Posted June 22, 2017 Report Posted June 22, 2017 Sometimes I think different factors that are going on in your life will influence how you feel. I had a point where I felt as though being little was a waste of time, and it was because my schooling was so hard for me right then. I was feeling really stressed and unhappy, and couldn't bring myself to do little things that made me happy because of the stress and stuff. My best advice is to 1. wait it out or 2. do things that make you feel happy! Who cares if you're in littlespace or not as long as you're having a good time? You can still enjoy little things as an adult as well. Coloring and cartoons and maybe stuffies you can still appreciate when you're big. Good luck!!♥ 1
Pinkchubbyprincess Posted June 22, 2017 Report Posted June 22, 2017 I recommend whatever the weather to drive or travel to the woods and some nature, take off your shoes, and just run with the grass between your toes, spin around, do a little "squishy grass dance" Pick flowers, just on your own. Just for you. I feel like nature is so vast it makes me feel small
Literate Little Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 sometimes you just have to wait it out. maybe you just aren't a little anymore, or maybe you're just in a funk. hearing stories read aloud on youtube or on skype with my daddy is almost foolproof for getting me to feel little.
mylittlesidewearsblack Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 maybe don't focus on that, maybe focus on relieving your stress and chillin out some. sometimes we have stress but we don't even know it!!! maybe take a loooong bath and relax, put on comfy jammies, read a good book or cuddle up with your bestest stuffie and/or friend and/or doggie and/or daddy.
