Vault-Techno Posted June 8, 2017 Report Posted June 8, 2017 So, I recently found myself at the end of the rope. A long distance relationship that had stopped allowing me to be a caregiver, or intimate, or feel daddy-like. And I knew I had a choice. Feel terrible and worthless, or to self improve. A new really good job and a gym membership later and I'm feeling more like myself every day. Sometimes, guys, we have to remember to invest in ourselves so that we can be the best daddies out there. Don't let a failed relationship or a life setback hold you down. Remember who you Are, and be awesome! There's gonna be a little out there who sees it in you.
PartyAnimal Posted June 8, 2017 Report Posted June 8, 2017 I agree that the best (and I'd suggest only) way to be a good Daddy is to be always growing and improving ourselves. If you are not giving to yourself , there is no way that you are going to have what is needed to give to another. I think this forum helps a good deal with feeding myself educationally. Like you, I also found the gym is my friend. Combine growth and fitness and the love or my amazing little, and I am walking on sunshine! 1
Vault-Techno Posted June 8, 2017 Author Report Posted June 8, 2017 Friday is gonna be great. Taking myself out for a steak and scotch. Go get a straight shave. Get some new music. New book. Maybe a new outfit. I like it here. I feel like I'm not only learning but bettering myself. High five, brother! 1
