LittleRae Posted June 7, 2017 Report Posted June 7, 2017 So, Daddy got home from work tonight, and we watched AHS together for a little bit, and he ate dinner. But when I mentioned being in Little Space, he got really irritated. I don't know what to say or do...I feel like he's getting angry with me for being in Little Space, but it's how I cope with life...but he's my husband, I don't want to hurt his feelings, or have him mad at me...help?
littlesuzy Posted June 7, 2017 Report Posted June 7, 2017 you should tell him how you feel because both of you got married cuz you love each other abd if he loves he should know about the Little Space you have 3
DollDirector Posted June 7, 2017 Report Posted June 7, 2017 If you are married you are in a kind of contract. The first question that comes to my mind is,was DDlg included or did you do your coming out afterwards ?
PartyAnimal Posted June 7, 2017 Report Posted June 7, 2017 Even as a little, there are times when your Daddy is going to need you to be an adult as well. When I need to talk to my baby girl in adult space, I indicate this to her by calling her by her given name. This lets her know that Daddy needs the adult her at that moment. Of course, I know that she needs her little space as well. It takes maturity and a lot of communication to keep a balance that works throughout the relationship. I encourage you to hear him when he tells you he needs you in adult space, but in that time also communicate your need to be in little space as well. All that you've said suggests that you are two people who love and care for each other. As such, the two of you should have no problem finding a win/win on this one. I find I best have my needs met when I am most focused on the needs of my babygirl, and she has her needs best met when she if more focused on meeting my needs than when she is demanding her own. It just a thought...and it works for us. 1
