Can someone shed some light on a "Babysitter" please?

I have heard of it before, I have been trying to do some research on it but I'd like to hear some personal experiences on it. What is a babysitter? What does a babysitter do? What are the perks and the cons? I'd love any information on it. Thank youuu!

Well I've only had a sitter once and it don't last too long but from way I know it's just a C.G that cares for a little when they are in need of it. I.e. 'daddy/mommy is working late but you had a really scary nightmare the pro is that you have someone there when daddy/mommy can't be and a con is if the relationship begins getting romantic in any way

I totally agree. For a while after my wife died, I was a Daddy for littles in the area I lived. I got too attached to one little and it turned romantic on me. She was married and I had a fling with her. It haunts me to this day that I could be so stupid. It happens. That's why I don't do it anymore. I'll be daddy or baby for my next serious partner but not for anyone else. My advice is, if you're in a relationship with someone, Don't Get A Babysitter. Unless it's someone you and your partner know and trust.
