New to this (sorta)

I've done ddlg in the bedroom and that's about the extent of it with my soon to be ex husband. I am currently in a new relationship with a guy and he's into it too but mainly bedroom things and I want to do it more. Like getting him to call me kitten and treat me like a little and not just as a baby girl play toy. How do I go about bringing this up to him? Also mind you he's a new dad (with me we have a 4 month old son. If you need help understanding this part feel free to ask) and he's no really an emotional/showing care kind of person but he can be. What can I do to help him?
