New to this world

So I am new to this and I have connected with a potential DD but nothing has been set yet if you would. We talk daily but he will just "disappear" at times when I havnt heard from him I'll reach out and he will respond (sometimes hours later). Not sure what to do in this situation. As I said this will be my first adventure into this world So I guess my question is: is this typical at the beginning since we havnt even met in person yet or even had real conversation over expectations etc. Also another question: I have a professional very public job I am a little worried about my engagement in this lifestyle getting out and how it will affect my profession. Any thoughts would be helpful.

You should be very careful about the profession part. It can and often does get littles and other subs screwed. Don't post pics with any distinct birth marks, address, face. Be careful about personal information.

 

About the DD, he could be doing a lot of things in his time away, ask him about it, come to him with your concerns. It could be that he's just busy, it could be that he's losing interest, it could be that he has issues opening up to you, it could be anything..even a wife and 7 kids on the side.. Be careful. Go slow and steady. And communication is key.
