Then, just like the title says.

I do not have a caregiver, so I wonder if they have some tips for both middles and littles that we're single.

Rules to follow, activities, how to deal with anxiety while being alone, and more etc. (?

You can search for this topic :) also there is a "take care of yourself" master post.

With that being said...

1 love yourself. Be gentle with yourself. You're doing the best you can.

2 eat healthy. (I'm bad at this. Chocolate <3)

3 exercise. It doesn't have to be something traditional. Don't want to run? Dance! Don't like yoga? How about Tai-Chi?

4 give yourself some rules. Look up what others have for their rules and if you like em, adapt them.

5 give yourself rewards for following your rules.

6 set aside time just to be you. Color, game, research balloons, whatever makes you happy as long as it hurts no one else.

7 don't get discouraged! It takes time to find your S/O

8 don't compare yourself to others. Every person has different needs and wants, so comparing yourself to others just hurts everyone. It hurts your self esteem, hurts those who would love you just the way you are by denying them you, and hurts those you are comparing yourself to by being in a competition they didn't agree to.

To feel little or middle by yourself : watch your age range's tv programs/movies. Take up some art stuff perhaps. Go to the zoo and enjoy the animals. Go to build-a-bear, or learn how to make a delicious snacks ;). Whatever makes you feel like your age range! There isn't a wrong or right way to go about it. :D

Hope this helps :)

Watch a lot of cartoons and anime with your stuffies and blankey. If you don't have to stuff, maybe get it. You can also have a sippy with juice and make yourself a snack too.

Rules, like eating right, drinking/staying hydrated, cleaning when needed etc... you can write that stuff down or make a check list in the beginning of the day. Check off what you completed and even reward yourself if you did especially well.

That sounds good to me anyways. haha

After a very nice relationship I had that ended two years ago I found that having an imaginary daddy worked rather okay. Its my way of coping being single.

When it comes to rules. i mainly have one, my bedtime. I have easy rules that I cant break because I know I need it and I know I can follow them. Apart from that I have a reward chart I follow so I know what I have done during the week and I can see what needs to be done. So when it comes to rules, have rules that fit you, rules you can follow or if you know you can achive them without difficulty.

I was contemplating this today, I've found it extremely hard to find a mommy and in my last LDR I was more dom than the mommy so I was thinking about learning to take care of a little and with that thought in mind use that to motivate myself to improve for the little that I would want to take care of, to be a better version of myself so I could better take care of her.  I'm still musing on the idea.
