The "Chat" On Top?

HOW DOES THE "CHAT" UP IN THE PINK BAR WORK?!?! Every time I click it it says something about being full. Is it always full?!?!

I'm having a hard time reading your question, but I think your asking about the chat? Last I knew we didn't have one cause it's being rebooted. We have a temp one, so maybe it's glitching?

The server for the chat on site is down. There's a thread in the 'Announcements' section about the temporary chat that's currently being used.
