Guest PrincessGuppy Posted May 24, 2017 Report Posted May 24, 2017 Complaining warning ( sorry in advance) Back in March I quit my job( it was a stupid decision in hindsight) But my daddy made plenty for both of us so it was ok. Now two months later right after daddy almost has a new job where he will make double what he was, gets fired from his old one. I applied at a bunch of places to hopefully make enough money to get us until he gets this job. I don't know what else to do, I cant sleep I can't relax and get into my littlespace, nothing. does anybody have any advice that might help? with relaxing, Littleing, Anything?
Guest PrincessGuppy Posted May 24, 2017 Report Posted May 24, 2017 Wait until he gets the new job. ??? there are bills that need paid. and not enough from one check to pay them all for one month. I hate adulting
Little_Smurf Posted May 24, 2017 Report Posted May 24, 2017 How long will it be until he starts at his new job? Because I don't know where you live and what the law says in your area but I know that where I live you have to not pay any bills for several months (usually it's three) before anything really happens. So while it's not ideal if say, he starts next month and he does really make a lot more in his new job, you could then just not pay everything this month and pay for two months of (some) bills in the next month. I say this as someone who knows quite a few lawyers/law students (including Sir) and that has been to quite a few hearings. I do however stress the importance of finding out how that works in your area, because it's certainly not a global thing and I would like to say again, that I, myself, am NOT a lawyer and you SHOULDN'T view this through that lens. And yes, I know that that's not ideal and that can be very stressful but so is not having room to buy food.

Guest Princessaj Posted May 26, 2017 Report Posted May 26, 2017 Hi, thank you for trusting us to listen and make suggestions... Depending on where you live....I suggest some things that may help you both patch it all together for the meantime. 1. Temporary work..I signed up to be a temp many times and was working full time at one time at many different companies. You have to take some tests for typing and different office software if you want to increase your hourly. I tempted for 2 months one place and they hired me to work there for a year. My office skill level is basic. 2. www.taskrabbit.com You sign up, people post small jobs they need done, you accept the one's you have the skills for, do it and get paid. 3. www.rover.com Dog sitting and walking. People post what they need for their dog and if you fit, they hire you. 4. www.craigslist.com they have local jobs posted to apply for everywhere. You can also post your resume. You can post an ad for what you know how to do. Can you babysit, clean house...make a nice clever short ad and see what happens. You can figure out what to charge by looking at other ads that people are posting. You have to post many times a day. Don't post every hour or you will get locked out You could be temping, taskrabbiting, rovering, craigslisting all at the same time. Look online for websites like these. They are usually based on common things that people need over and over. Hugs
