Making a game on Rpgmaker Mv... Help please?

  So, I'm making a game on RPGmaker MV. I was wondering if someone wanted to help with the story and stuff. Help me get some ideas?

 

I'm hoping to have it centered around the little lifestyle.

Hello! I am a game developer myself (working with Unity most of the time), such as nostalgic game engine you got there i used to play with RPG maker all the time! I bought RPGM MV, but barely using them anymore.

 

Making a story is something that comes with your unique creativity, as a game developer, i rather develop the story by myself, and ask for advice after my story done instead of asking the idea at the first place.

 

Here is one big advice that i got from masters in game industry and even pixar.

 

"Use your experience and twist it into your fantasy land"

 

For example, get a point in your life which interesting for you, let's say:

you were a lonely person before you met your daddy, you been looking for him but it takes time to get there.

 

Now twist it like this :

You are a heroine with super power that destructs everything around you when you are angry or sad and everyone refuse to get close to you. The heroine feels lonely and wander around to take off her power. It takes time to find the great mage who can lift that power off.

 

But one day, there is a Mage who said that, your power is beautiful and it shouldn't be taken off, instead he comes to you, comfort you and helps you control the power (He is your daddy) and you don't have to feels afraid everytime you near him.
