Try taking some little gear with you like a paci or stuffie and you could always color if any of those things help you get little

Hi, wonderful of you to share your journey and questions with us,

I would pack my extra special little wardrobe. Bring your onesie if you have, little socks, shoes, yummy colors, hair bows, jewelry and little details so your can actually see yourself in the mirror as little every day.

Definitely little books to read and/or read to your stuffies.

Maybe keep a diary as if you are writing to a little friend? Plan little things to do so you can write about them. Pretend a tea party with your stuffies.

Will they let you decorate your room or if you share, your space around your bed? If permitted, hang some fairy lights. Bring your favorite little blankie and pillows.

Sending so much love and support for your brave journey. We will be here when you return. Hugs

I feel as though being able to engage in your little side while away in a treatment center could really be helpful in helping you cope! That being said, stuffies, storybooks, and coloring books are really great ideas. Cute nail polishes (if allowed), pacis, soft blankets, and little toys are good too! You could make a few playlists, and if they don't allow phones or iPods you can get a cheap mp3 player without a camera, or burn them onto a CD. Also, do you have any cute accessories or jewelry that help you feel little? I'd bring them and wear them often!

When I was in treatment for ED a big thing with many of the patients was silly putty, particuarly Crazy Aaron's Silly Putty. It comes in all kinds of colors, it can be glittery or shiny or sparkly or glow-in-the-dark. It was not only allowed but encouraged during group therapy and meetings to help with anxiety. For me, playing with it had the added effect of making me feel little!

I don't know how you feel about it but bringing certain types of clothing might have an adverse effect. I personally found bringing my favorite wardrobe to be a triggering experience, but that's just me personally.

Good luck in treatment! I hope it goes well for you and you get to a healthy place in your life :3

The places I've gone to personally don't allow anything besides clothes. They take the laces right out of your shoes and you have to take all of your piercings out. It'd be smarter to call the facility and see what they would allow vs posting here and getting ansewers you can't use. Places like that are strict. Edited by Candy Minx ♡

i have nothing more to add to the list of stuff you can bring or things you can do to be little in Rehab. I just wanted to say how amazing it is to have the courage to seek help. You're Brave, You're Courageous and You will come out stronger. Be Proud of yourself.. You deserve to have that pride.

Positive healing vibes coming your way!

Peace, Love and Pacis,

Dolly xoxo
