I think most Littles prefer adult pacis. You can find lots online that are pretty inexpensive.

I personally have both. If you want something cheap, easily accessible, and cute patterns I would suggest baby sized. However I find adult pacis more comfortable. Those come in nice colors and you can sometimes get them customized (at the cost of your wallet!) But a plain one is roughly $8. Hope I helped! Edited May 8, 2017 by ScreamingSalad

It all depends on you I've seen some say the baby ones are too small and others say the adult ones are too big I personally am trying to save up for an adult one as the baby ones really hurt my mouth and feel like they are moving my teeth butnI love sleeping with it in (I know I shouldn't)

It depends on the person. I prefer baby NUK 18-36 month and they are super cute!

I prefer baby ones, because they are much cheaper and easier to find. I also just like them alot more.

Baby ones designed for 18+mnths are the better ones.

 

It depends on your bite though (underbite, overbite, or average- which is top teeth sitting comfortably in front of lower teeth).

That's the determining factor for whether it'll hurt your jaw or not.

It also matters how hard you bite down on it. 

You do NOT want a paci, adult's or baby's, that's teat is too small.

It can cause temporomandibular junction pains (like the back of your jaw?)

because you're having to move your jaw forward too much to bite down on it.

 

But your resting mouth position is what makes it different for everybody.

 

Baby ones are made from better materials than the adult ones.

Just make sure they're above the 18mnth bracket.

I have bought a NUK 18-36 months for my little one. A Hello Kitty Paci.

She loves it so much that I cannot get it out of her mouth when I want to. This is how much she loves her paci.

I would recommend this one for sure! (and she would too  ).

I have a Nuk 18-36m with little whales on it and I love it     It does get the tiniest bit uncomfortable but that's after like half an hour of having it and I'm like....oh. Should probs take a break.

But I wear retainers at night so I'm not too too worried about it misaligning my teeth or bite sooo. But I def wanna get a custom made adult paci omg
