I'm kind of wondering how to talk to my mommy about pacis and sippy cups and really just baby stuff in general. She's kind of new to the whole mdlg thing so I don't know how to talk to her about it or how to bring it up or anything.

In the past, my caregiver and I kept a shared journal. It was a good way to communicate about things that I was to shy to bring up when we were together. It was also a good way to share big feelings, general fantasies, bucket lists, funny drawings, etc.

Well it's a long distance relationship, so it's hard to do stuff like that.

Oh. Yes. That's very true! Maybe the two of you could both send each other lists of things that you are curious about exploring? Pacis and sippies could be amoung a list of several other things that you felt less nervous about sharing?

I think that making a joint blog on Tumblr or something might be a great way to still utilize that journal idea long distance. I am both a Caregiver, and a Baby -- and the relationship in which I am taken care of is long distance. We used the Couple app because it's great for lists, and I also tag him in /a lot/ of stuff on Tumblr. As for the relationship where I am the Caregiver, we have a shared Tumblr blog that is private for just us. I also suggest making an Amazon wishlist and linking it to your Mommy. Pinterest is great too! Make a Mommy and Me board! Good luck!
