Sippys and paci.

My daddy and I talked about introducing sippys. I mean gotta have water at night. Right? And paci so I can stop sucking fingers. What are yalls' favorite brand?

All my pacifiers are from Onesies Downunder, they also sell bottles.

I have one pacifier that is meant for babies and to me it's too small, my jaw and teeth start hurting if I keep it in my mouth for too long. I don't know about bottles tho, I only have one vintage sippy cup that I use sometimes and it is meant for babies, so it is really small, but there are bigger ones too. 

 

So I'd say it's better to get those that are meant for adults.

I only bought one Onesies down under paci and it's a piece of cheap crap.

And I thought maybe there was a manufacturing error and contacted them and they were like

"no that's what they're like sry not sry".

 

Just saying. Cuz I'd only heard good things but it was garbage.

 

A friend and I use 12-18 month or older age bracket pacifiers.

I love any and everything that's NUK. 

I personally only have one adult paci and it's honestly not that much of a difference (to me) when it comes to the whole 'jaw ache' thing... Perhaps I suck too vigorously? 

When it comes to sippy cups it really doesn't matter about the size of the teat, in my opinion... But, there's always straw sippy cups!

I've always sucked/chewed on my fingers. I tried a NUK paci to help, and while I enjoyed using it.... it didn't cure anything for me. I've since lost the paci and continue chewing/sucking on my fingers... these are more convienent for me.

 

I have two kids at home and can't very well whip the paci out at any time. What I can do though is I turn my index finger to the side and suck on it a little or chew. They think I'm resting my hand on my face and don't think anything of it.

 

As far as sippys go... I don't like them. I use straw cups made for adults though! I love them!

I love NUK! My paci is 18-36 months and it works great for me

My favorite brand is probably Nuk. I have and use all kinds of different brands thou. I aim for binkies that are 18-36months. I've used this size pretty much my whole life and never had any problems. I've never tried an adult pacifier thou, I think a size 6 nipple would be too big and finding size 4 or 5 is harder. Plus adult pacifiers $15-20 and baby pacifiers $1-6, why waste extra money if the smaller size works fine? However if you try baby size and think it's causing you pain, then of course you want to invest bigger size.
