I feel like I'm kinda in a rut.. I really want a daddy. But I want a older daddy like 40 or more. They seem to be scarce.. It just kills me tbh. Do they seem to be given to anyone else?

Hiya Kit, how are you. I'm actually pretty new here myself. I would consider myself a "Daddy" even though I am new. I'm 34 and from WV. If you're interested in talking sometime, feel free to shoot me a message.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with having preferences and tastes, but don't forget, when you limit yourself to very specific things, you never know who you might be missing out on. 40+ may seem perfect to you, but keeping an open mind is always helpful.

Good luck on your search! Finding the right person can be incredibly difficult, but so very worth it :)

You may just want to put something on your profile page stating your preferences. That never hurt. Granted that would intail people actually reading all of your profile or them not implimenting planned ignoring of your specifics. But, then at least you tried, you know?

I agree with JoeKarr!
In your personal you should also be super specific, maybe even put it in the title.

Best of luck!

While there is absolutely nothing wrong with age gaps, they are often difficult.

Someone who is in their 40s is usually looking for the settle down and be serious kind of relationship. They want a partner. Someone who has similar interests, is financially stable, educated, goal orientated, and also ready to settle down. That doesn't typically describe someone in their early 20s.

Now this is all general, and there's exceptions to the rule. Some 20 year old have all their shit together, some 40 year olds dont. But if your specifically looking for an age gap and not interested in someone closer to your age who could meet all your needs be prepared for a longer wait.

Also know that when you find someone its work. I have a 13 year age gap with my Daddy. We have a lot of the same ethics, beliefs, goals.... But interests are all over the place. He's actually closer in age to my parents. We compromise a lot in that aspect of our relationship. So be prepared for that as well. Its often frustrating but when you love someone its worth it.

Being 32 myself I can relate, it's hard to find A Daddy in the age range I prefer
