OmegaPeckinpah Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 These will help so much. Amazing post! I feel that these will also help make the relationship stronger and less likely to get boring
Guest MeneerM Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 I use Choremonster as an app to give my little tasks and rewards when she is a good girl. She collects points by doing tasks and just be good. The points can be exchanged for rewards like going out to the zoo, of just get a little ice-cream from Daddy.
Guest littleloveslars Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 Great post Daddy. I have to say habitica does keep me accountable because if you skip tasks it reduces the point values of the tasks you actually complete until you start doing everything. Less points mean less rewards!
LittleBlackRose Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 As an unowned little with ADHD, I've forever looking for ways to create the extrinsic motivation that having a DD creates. I can vouch for Habitica and I thought I would offer a few more options to gamify your little's life. I got this list from the How to ADHD channel on YouTube so I'm including the link at the bottom of the post for greater detail. The video does have some explanation for why gamification works. All of these can be used whether or not your little has ADHD. Zombies, Run! - an app to help a little develop or maintain a running routine. Epic Win - an interactive To Do list that turns chores into a quest log. SuperBetter - an app designed to help a person improve their health and wellbeing including recovery from mental illness or physical conditions. This is a great one for helping to stay on top of things like drinking enough water and eating right. How to Turn Your Life Into a Video Game https://youtu.be/YxsAxi30BYw (SFW) 1
Guest littleloveslars Posted April 26, 2017 Report Posted April 26, 2017 Well Daddy installed dinnertime plus and i can honestly say it is very effective. He can be anywhere in the country and disable my phone and i cant override it. So if youre looking for a method of punishment from afar this is a good one.
MisterMomo Posted May 11, 2017 Report Posted May 11, 2017 (edited) Littlelovelars : it is the evil App !!! (Giggles) If you are using android there is also habbitRPG : its a role playing game where you choose irl task to do and when you do these your soldier earn exp and gold.. then you can buy new sword or helmet and do the quests in the game.
