Guest Sephi Posted April 12, 2017 Report Posted April 12, 2017 So, I'm traveling to a conference via plane next week and am terrified of heights! Just thinking about flying makes my heart race. I am trying to put together an amazing playlist to listen to on my flight to distract myself from thoughts of....Well, you know... What do you guys think would work well on a travel playlist?
DaddyMs Posted April 12, 2017 Report Posted April 12, 2017 if it's tension you're wanting to rid yourself of, try some calming music; "Serenity" by Godsmack ""I still Remember" by Blackmores Knight works wonders.
Guest Panda.Princess Posted April 12, 2017 Report Posted April 12, 2017 No clue on music, but if you're nervous about flying make sure to mention it to a Flight Attendant! They are extremely helpful in those situations =)
Guest Bunnyblossom Posted April 13, 2017 Report Posted April 13, 2017 Yes... Korn... So soothing lol That said though- Slipknot used to help me sleep. Try looking for "Greatest Hits" albums with generically happy cheerful music. (Top of the Pops, 60s-00s Greatest Hits and stuff) Maybe you'll get distracted with thinking "hey I know this song" or "I remember this song, the first time I heard it was..." etc. Or consider getting an Audiobook instead of music. You could listen to Fairy Tales or Harry Potter or something.

Good call on Blackmores Night, I'd suggest Lullaby by newton faulkner....or anything be newton faulkner. He always chills me out Here's a link if you fancy a quick listen
