"How can someone treat you like that? I don't understand." I wanted friendship, you wanted to hold my hand.

I knew this would happen, that it would come true.

But still I tried to believe in you, even when I knew. I saw the warnings ,I saw the signs.

But why would I pass you up, you were such a nice guy.

I fell for your traps, I fell for your charm.

You told me to watch out for players and those who'd do harm.

But I didn't listen, I was a fool.

Fooled me once ,but never again.

Shame on me for thinking you'd be different from them.
