What are your favorite board games?

Daddy and I love playing board games. Tonight we played Risk (I beat Daddy!) and chess (I did not win...I dunno how to play very well). Talisman, Pandemic, Disney Eye-spy, headbandz, mouse trap....We need more suggestions! What do you like to play when you're in little/middle space?

Arkham Horror! But that's not a kids board game, I play it when I feel middle sometimes though. For you two you should get love letter, it's a card game, but simple and fun and pretty quick too!

I second Arkham Horror, it's one of my favorite longer games.  To this I'll add Firefly, Fortune and Glory and Dominion.

I like nine mens morris, checkers, sorry, candy-land (sometimes), trouble, and some of the ones already mentioned.

If you game with friends, Settlers of Catan is awesome. Another option would be Ticket to Ride, which is a fun strategy game that can be played with 2 players; it's made by Days of Wonder, I suggest checking out their other games as well. 

 

Mancala and Lego's Minotaurus are both surprising fun and simple to play.

I LOVE both of those! We have a friend with Ticket to Ride and played a little bit ago. Settlers of Catan is a solid choice too! Minotaurus looks super fun! Thanks
