I'm​ a mommy who is in a long distance relationship with her little and I would like to know if anyone​ has any rules that I should use? Like no touch yourself​ without permission. Or anything else.

Well I would say rules that are meant to help your little are the best kind.

 

For me some if my favorites were sending photos of my meals.

Like you must eat 2 to 3 meals everyday and show me .

Set a bedtime. Have them shower daily or every other day. Brushing teeth everyday.

Have them write a positive thing from their day down each day.
