I've recently become a little and I don't have a daddy to care for me I feel unloved a lot people make fun of me it really upsets me

If people are making fun if you... Don't talk to those people. A caregiver is irrelevant to being a little. Do things you enjoy doing and make actual friends who don't bully you.

There isn't some sort of checklist you have to follow in order to be little. Dont think that you are required to have someone to care for you or that you have to act a certain way at all times. Stay safe and definitely only practice that in the comfort of your own home or around friends that you can trust if you're being made fun of. Something as simple as watching cartoons can be a "little activity" that you can enjoy on your own. Stay safe dear.
