baby.bunny.bella Posted March 9, 2017 Report Posted March 9, 2017 (edited) Ive never quite been in this situation, but i live with my parents still since im in school still and they dont know im a little, so its really awkward buying stuff or even going into little space sometimes because they ask me if im five still or something... especially when im playing with my four year old brother.. as animated as he is.... *whistles and looks away* lols. Anyways, if you do go out and someone asks, just say your babysitting? Edited March 9, 2017 by baby.bunny.bella

Guest plushiesquid Posted March 9, 2017 Report Posted March 9, 2017 Honestly I buy things like this all the time and buy stuffies and pacis and sippy cups for myself often. No one ever gives me strange looks as more often than not people are going to think you're buying it for a child or babyshower things of that nature. I personally wouldn't worry about it. What's more is if you're really that worried about it, you could always order things online. I know it takes longer to receive that way but its still an option! hmmm, my common sense says "no one is even paying attention" but my oh my the anxiety comes through like MAD sigh as i said earlier, i tend to over think nonsense **face palm** im too impatient to order ill suck it up and go shopping this weekend lol thanks btw!
Guest plushiesquid Posted March 9, 2017 Report Posted March 9, 2017 Honestly I totally get the anxiety factor. I have horrid social anxiety so I always go shopping with headphones in so I don't have to associate with people. That always leads to me not looking at people to see looks they give but the people I do catch looking at me aren't giving me weird looks I just happen to cross their line of vision just as they've crossed into mine. No worries I get impatient too but yeah lol! wow, i've done the headphone thing in almost any/every type of social setting i've ever been in! lol except shopping, i'm going to try that. yeah, i get crazy looks SOMETIMES, but it might be because he or she is just miserable, not even paying attention to what i'm doing haha
