What do you do or what can you do when you feel yourself start to slip into little space at work??????

Honestly I pull myself back. I am still an adult who has adult responsibilities including work and school work. I have times to be a little(at home, on dates, with little friends, ex), but work is not an appropriate time for me to be little. It's just about self-control.

what i do is take a deep breath and close my eyes then zone in on 2 things i can smell 3 things i can hear and 5 things i can touch

it reminds me of where i am at the moment and that i can't slip into little space

hope this helps a little ^^

Its hard for me as I work at a makeup store and seeing all the colors and glitter and smells really make me feel like running around and going crazy :D

I usually go to the single persons bathroom make silly faces with myself in the mirror , once I just spoke baby talk into my phones recorder bc my daddy wasn't available to chat and when I played it back I went "oh shit I sound ridiculous" XD and that put me back in adult mode real quick haha

Even on school, I'm almost always in little space. Most people at my school don't care and atleast I'm making my schoolwork.

Try to appease it/allow it a little bit by having a small toy in your hand or some little snacks, if you can do some unnoticeable things to help get through the day it might help for when you can get home and be little ^.^

I'm kind of always sort of in little space. But it doesn't cause too many problems for me. People at school just think I'm a little weird.

I play with the toys on my desk when I'm feeling little or playful. I dunno how it works for other people, but I kinda just do what I want as long as no one is actually in my office needing my attention.
