Just a few things that come to mind:

1. Make a playlist of songs that make you feel little

2. Have a routine, having a set bedtime or snack time/play hour will help you feel small

3. Wearing oversized clothes

4. This one directly pertains to being in a LDR, keep a brief log of all the good things you did during the day, so when you have time to catch up with you caregiver he/she can reward you with praise, or maybe a sticker log online or something of that nature. It'll keep you behaving all day in anticipating of making them proud!

4A. In addition to this, your caregiver can give you small goals to achieve daily, like "make the bed" "eat 3 fruits" and "go for a small walk." You can take pictures as proof if you and your CG deem it necessary. It helps with the "routine" thing, and keeps you small AND motivated!

5. Find some online coloring pages to color for your CG, it's fun for you and they'll love to have art from their little one!

Hope these start you in the right direction! (:

Some things that I like to do:

1. if your cg lets you cook (or if you cook at all), make "little" foods, like hot dog octopuses, grilled cheese sandwiches, mac n' cheese, pizza rolls/bagels, s'mores, etc.

2. watching cartoons or tv shows you remember from your childhood (this changes from person to person, but I like Batman the Animated Series, Recess, Rugrats, and Powerpuff Girls)

3. play a creative game! This can be anything from a computer game like The Sims or Minecraft to physical games like tea parties with stuffies and dolls.

4. Make a story. I find that when I'm lying in my bed and can't sleep, I have a story itching in my head that has to get out. The story itself might not be a "littlespace" story, but I tend to act out my stories a little bit and it makes me feel little.

5. Roll yourself up in a blanket. Or drape one over yourself. Turn it into a cape. Pretty much anything to do with blankets.

6. Drink from a sippy cup/ cute cup (personally, I have a plastic cup with a straw and a screw top)
