im talking to this girl i met on a dating app and im explaining to her what i am interested in and i dont think its going over too well with her. is there a good way that anyone knows about to feel a person out with some questions or ideas on how to ease this subject into a conversation without coming across like some pervert?

If you are the caregiver role, you can gently explain that you are in that caregiver role where you are protective of your girl. There are some rules which you will want your girl to adhere and there are some consequences when the rule is broken.

 

If you are the little role, you can explain that you like to be cherished and you may somehow be clingy/needy (depending on what little are you).

 

To me, i think that it is no different from a normal relationship. Lots of communication needs to be done.. Usually, when you have talked long enough with a person, you will know if the person is open to DDLG, against DDLG or already is in DDLG.
