PennyGoodfellow Posted January 30, 2017 Report Posted January 30, 2017 My CG (a switch) and I are both trying to pinpoint our little ages so we can more easily find things that appeal to those ages! Does anyone have a quiz or advice on how to find that age range? How did you find out your age? What guidelines did you use?
HeCallsMePrincess Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 not everyone has one. i dont. i havent found it necessary to feel little either
Antoinette Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 In my opinion little ages aren't a necessary component to being a little. I myself, when someone asks for my little age say I'm roughly 4-6, but in all honesty I don't even know what that means myself! Being little is a part of my personality and I feel as though most of the time when a person gives a little age (not always, I am just generalizing here!) their dynamic or their 'little-ness' is mostly a role they play rather than an intrinsic part of themselves - which is fine, that doesn't make them any less little! Anyway... If you really want to find a 'little' age I'd suggest looking at what you like most as a little. Now, these are my opinions on the ages that go most with the activities, if you disagree or think it's younger or older - change it! It's completely subjective: Diapers - 0-2 years Pacifiers - 1-3 years Baby bottles - 1-3 years Sippy cups - 2-4 years Stuffies - 3-6+ years (when are you ever too old for stuffies though!?) Blankies (cartoon-type) - 3-5 years Colouring books - 4-6 years Dress up (princesses, kittens, anything really!) - 4-8 years. Thinking more about this I have further concluded that the use of a little age, for me, is just... Redundant, or useless. I like most of these things and yet the age of which a child would like these differs quite a lot so it's hard to pinpoint an exact age when I like all different types of activity. I hope this helped! 1

CrazyLittleBuggaBoo Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 LittleAge, if your a Little that has a LittleAge, isn't really so much something someone else can tell you. It's more of a feeling. You feel Little, you are Little. If you feel kinda like you did when you where 5, then that's probably a sign your LittleAge is 5. If you sometimes feel 5 other times 3 and other times 10, then that's probably sign that your LittleAge ranges between those ages. If you feel Little but don't identify((or feel)) with any actually age then you are Little, with no LittleAge. You could take some test. That's probably going to ask you hundred questions about diapers, probably a few about bottles or binkies. However when it comes down to it, even that test can't really tell you what your "LittleAge" is. Just because a Little uses or likes more babyish things doesn't necessarily mean they have a very little LittleAge. We are all people. And all people are different. Some Littles that identify as 2years, love diapers and bottles, while others that identify with that same age will most definitely not Some Littles that identify as 7-8 still enjoy binkies, sippys and diapers, while others will most definitely not It's how you feel, it's how your mind views things, it's personal as part of your personality. Your not anymore or anyless of a Little weather you have a LittleAge or not 1
daddies_velvet_kitty Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 I had a lot of trouble finding my little age mainly because I never really get out of little space as its more of my personality. So I thought if I'm always little but feel different ages how can I pick one age? What I realized was you don't have to be a specific age all the time. Some people will always feel 4 but others feel like they can be anywhere between 2-6. You mentioned you wanted to find an age to see what appeals to those ages, but I would go with the opposite. Find what interests you and find an age that works with your interests. Are you interested in Diapers? Pacis? Coloring? Stuffies? Being bratty? Or you could be a mix of all those things. Sometimes I feel 4 and wear a diaper. Other times I feel even younger but don't want to wear one. Also just because something may seem too young or too old for actual babies doesn't mean its too old or young for you. And even though you may feel 2 that doesn't mean you have to wear diapers either, or you may feel 4 but you don't have to use pacis. Your little age just serves as a guide for how you feel and to provide basic knowledge to others. But ddlg is always so different to everyone so you don't have to go by the books. Just find out what interests you and go from there. Don't people say that age is just a number anyway haha
Daddy's Meg Posted February 1, 2017 Report Posted February 1, 2017 For me I go by my own experiences. What I liked at what ages is how I figured my little/middle age. Because I am different than kids now a days. Seeing as we have 10 yr olds that act like I did at 14. I can't really see any other way that would work for me. Hope that helps a little.
