mommyslittlegirl Posted January 30, 2017 Report Posted January 30, 2017 hello ! my very close friend who knows about my kitten/little space wants to know what they can do for me while i am in that space around them? they have been so accepting of everything i have shared with them and want to be able to talk and act around me appropriately whilst i am in my kitten space. as they are NOT my caregiver and have nothing to do with the sexual side of my kitten space they are stuck on how to treat me as a kitten. i am also asking as i have not seen any posts on how close friends treat their kitten friends and we are both quite stuck on what to do. getting in my kitten space helps with my anxiety so i do go into it quite often. and when people treat me like a person it makes it hard for me to remain in kitten space, hence why they would like some tips on how to speak and act around me without it feeling sexual, as if a caregiver were with me. they want to make me as comfortable as they can while im in my kitten/little space to help me cope with my anxiety and to keep me happy and smiley. any suggestions on things to say or things to do to help will be greatly appreciated!! i understand this may be a bit of a confusing question but i hope some members have some things that will help us strengthen our friendship. kisses!! -mommyslittlegirl <3
BabyGirl32015 Posted January 30, 2017 Report Posted January 30, 2017 Maybe have a pet name picked out for your friend(s) to call you while in KS? You could also let them pet you on the back or scratch under your chin and behing your ears, play with you with kitten toys like lasers and bell balls. Im not sure how your personal kitten space works but thats how it works well with my friends and I. 1

daddies_velvet_kitty Posted January 30, 2017 Report Posted January 30, 2017 I see my pet friends as kind of like siblings when I'm in that headspace and rough house/play with the,. Almost like two kittens playing together in a litter. As long as your not giving over control to anyone like a dom then everything should be quite friendly. Just see what happens when you get into kitten space and see what your needs are. I know these aren't exactly examples but I hope this helped 1

Little.Sophie Posted January 30, 2017 Report Posted January 30, 2017 I used to go into kitten space with my close friends in high school. I would just start meowing and acting like a cat when I felt like it and usually my friends would automatically act as if they were dealing with an actual cat. They would pet my head or under my chin and let me curl up on them. My friends were pretty used to me being weird around them, though. But if you go into kitten space without warning, maybe they'll just go along with it without question, or if they do question it you could just say "I'm a cat" and then go back to acting like it or just meow at them with a blank face. 1
