music_and_you Posted January 27, 2017 Report Posted January 27, 2017 So my first Daddy and I broke up fairly recently and it's been pretty hard on me. He was the one who told me about this community and so little space reminds me of him and it hurts. He's the only one I was ever little around and I guess I'm a little scared of little space now. I haven't been in little space since he and I broke up whereas I used to be little almost every day when I was with him. Have any of you experienced the same or similar thing? Any ideas or advice?
Daddyddlg Posted January 27, 2017 Report Posted January 27, 2017 I've also been in a situation like that
Mikaitaku Posted January 27, 2017 Report Posted January 27, 2017 I have not experienced the same problem however I have experienced heart break, There is not much that you can do, it is going to hurt like hell for a long time before slowly getting better. the best you can do is keep as busy as you can and hang around people that support you.
Guest Appacheian Posted January 27, 2017 Report Posted January 27, 2017 Any relationship break up is painful. Talk to people here about how it all feels, no one in the vanilla world would have a clue. You didn't say what caused your break up.
Guest Kittehmuffin Posted January 28, 2017 Report Posted January 28, 2017 I've been in a similar situation. It took me a very long time to disengage from being cared for (in a way). To being ok on my own, though my first Daddy passed away suddenly. It took me a little while to find my bearings without my first Daddy. Be patient with yourself, don't try to force anything, let it happen naturally...and get to know you as a Little for a while when the urge returns.
Caring King Posted January 28, 2017 Report Posted January 28, 2017 I suggest talking to fellow littles. See if you're comfortable in little space while they are. If possible, have a play-date with another little. Remember that this is a part of you, it's something that makes you happy, and just because your old daddy isn't with you, doesn't mean it's the end of it.
