milks Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 Honestly some people in the chatroom blow things out of proportion and start full out blown ignoring you for no reason , one person even told me to kill myself and leave for a little joke I made when i was just playing around I didnt even know what it was gonna be like in this chatroom because it was my first time in it I even apologized many times for what I said but somepeople are still being petty or whatever... What are your expierences in the chatroom like?
pengudaddy Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 It's not for you and that's ok. I avoid the chatroom, myself. There's not much moderation in there either, it seems. You should avoid it too if you had this experience!
JoseTankian Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 If someone is rude to you, it bothers you or harasses you, you should consult it with some moderator who is online. From my experience I have never experienced negative people in the chat, but it does not remove it. And if someone harasses should be sanctioned. But of course you are not to blame for these behaviors. Don't sorry for talk, I think
Guest Candy Minx ♡ Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 i sure hope you reported whoever told you to kill yourself. that is BEYOND unacceptable, that's freakin' awful and uncalled for - 'specially if it was just over a joke. if you didn't report, i'd go to a mod with the name and speak to them about it, at least. as for my experienced in that chatroom, they're usually pretty chaotic. not in a bad way, just in a way that everyone has so many different conversations going on at once that it's often difficult for me to keep up with them - and when i go to scroll up to check what people have said i'm missing a new 16 other things and it turns into me not ignoring anyone but sort of just trying to keep up the whole time. sometimes, due to the very fast pace, it's easy to lose sight of what person a or b has said. and then there are the times where it's incredibly slow and people are speaking at all, it switches back and forth all day.
Antoinette Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 I tend to avoid the chatroom because I'm quite asocial and I never really know what to say in one-on-one situations (even though it's a group... I just, I don't know... It feels weird). In person I'm quite fine in groups and can manage one-on-one but the chatroom I've always been wary of. Perhaps for good reason, now. This isn't the first time I've heard about people being disrespectful in chat, I'm sure the moderators are doing everything they possibly can to keep everybody here safe; it'd be helpful if next time this happens you take screenshots and send it to a moderator so they punish the person accordingly.

Prince_Towelie Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 Yes, report the user and take screen shots of innapropriate content. The chat room is crazy, but you should still try to interact, if you want. Some users are just more obnoxious than others. Normally, it is ok. Ish.

That is unacceptable behavior and this person needs to know that it will not be tolerated here. I'm sorry someone has said that, I hope you didn't take that comment to heart much. A lot of us are super nice and welcoming here so I'm saddened that someone gave you a bad experience. Hope to see you around

If something like that happend, you should save a picture of the screen and report. Most of the people there are nice and it is a great place to interact and get to know more Littles (or CG). Same Mods there than on the Forum... They are doing a great job to protect us and they are doing their best! Report to them if you want them to protect you! Come and chat again.. My guess is people will be nice 1
