Little Activities when You're Feeling Blue?

What are some of your go-to little activities when you're feeling down? Some of mine are; hiding in a blanket with stuffies, eating lots of sweets and nothing else (I end up making myself sick most the time), playing Harvest Moon, drinking hot cocoa out of my owl cup, and snuggling up with someone while I cry it out.

Doing my nails or makeup, dying my hair and spending a lot of time on it, playing with clay

i find talking to my Daddy, about the issue or random things, helps me a lot. i'm

one for taking my mind off of things due to the fact i get really emotional and

don't always think properly so i distance myself from things before addressing

them - that's not really a little space thing but i do it even while in that headspace.

i look at my stuffies, cause they're all from my Daddy and like i said before, talking

to him helps a lot - just anything Daddy related, really. sometimes i disconnect

and go play online games where i dress my chara. up v super cute, hang out

with my pets, or go waddle in and goof with my sister.

The thing that cheers me up without fail is watching MLP:FiM. I also do crafts if I'm feeling the blues creeping in. Sometimes, though, what I need is a nap so I snuggle into bed lol

I like to draw or write. Mostly I dance. It's usually helps me feel better. Or go for a walk.

I'm feeling under the weather a lot recently, though I feel like all the things I usually do doesnt work. I take longer walks with my dog, I draw, I craft, I play games, I listen to music in attempt to start the crying, I take a bubble bath, I watch movies or shows I really like, but I just cant stop feeling empty and emotionless .-.

Maybe you need to talk to someone? Sometimes that's what a person needs but they don't realize it.

Maybe, I'm not really the person who talk about my life with someone, not that I have anyone that I can fully trust

Watching Where the Wild Things Are. Cuddling stuffed granimals or my blankette while using my binkie. Useing my binkie. Sweet treats, like cookies or ice cream sandwiches. Cuddling my puppy while crying. Taking naps. Cuddling with Mister Master((he'll fill my sippy cup, find cute cartoons, make treats or cook dinners, and gives me lots of hugs and loves to try to make me feel better)) Hiding away in cubbie wholes or cubbie whole like places.
