LilUnicorn Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 I think my Daddy wants me to be more dominant. But that's not how I wanna be. How do I make that clear to him without seeming selfish?
Indi Baby Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 Make a fair compromise. Allow yourself to venture a bit, because you never know what you might or might not like; but also, don't allow him to pressure you or guilt trip you. Maybe make some extra rules or guidelines that are strictly for when you're going sexual things and find a midpoint-behavior. Whether it's just being a bit more feisty, or if its really speaking out on what you want and making sure you get it. But definitely sit down and talk about it
ziva vlad's kitten Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 Are you sure he wants you to be more dominant? My husband didn't want that, but I thought he did. What he actually wanted was me to initiate things more often. Which was much easier for me to learn to do.
Guest banana Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 Why does he wants you to be more dominant? You should definitely talk to him about the fact that you don't wanna be dominant and most importantly that you are not a dominant and don't plan to be ^^
Antoinette Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 If you don't feel comfortable doing it or you don't feel like you can then don't. Venturing and exploring your other (possible) sides like dominance/submission/switching should only be done when you feel comfortable and ready to do so and you have to want to do so. If it's not a part of who you are or if you just physically can't get into that headspace the last thing you should do is force yourself - it would lead to confusion and it would be more upsetting for the both of you in the long run. If you ever do feel comfortable enough to explore your (possible) dominant side I'd suggest you think of the core values of a dom, in your opinion and in your partners opinion, what you both want out of the experience, how you two want to exert the roles etc..
Hurndauke Posted January 23, 2017 Report Posted January 23, 2017 Just sit down and talk to him about it. xP
